Kasy Allen is the Senior Digital Strategist for Bridgeline Digital and specializes in content strategy and search engine optimization (SEO).  During her time with Bridgeline Digital she has helped clients improve their online presence with a focus in both of the areas mentioned above.  Her biggest accomplishments while with Bridgeline Digital have been:

  • Increased clients month over month organic traffic by 45% and year over year by 71% within 3 months of optimization
  • Increased clients organic search engine traffic following site redesign by 80%
  • Increased social media traffic on clients network by 180%
  • On new website launch, client began receiving organic traffic for key terms within 2 months of launch

As the Sales and Marketing Manager for Specialty Sports Venture in Winter Park, Colorado, Kasy Allen was responsible for bringing in new referral partners from the local community, and leading all sales efforts for group reservations.

Allen was also responsible for traditional marketing efforts and all website initiatives, including updating content and format for seasonality and monthly Internet marketing.

Sales & Marketing Manager | Iron Horse Resort

October 2005 – August 2009

As the Sales and Marketing Manager for Iron Horse Resort in Winter Park, Colorado, Kasy Allen was responsible for all of the resorts sales and marketing initiatives, both online and offline.

This included promotional collateral, direct-mailers, email blasts, website optimization and ad campaigns.

During Allen’s time at Iron Horse Resort Allen was also responsible for maintaining monthly and yearly marketing plans, and managing the department budget.

Other responsibilities required of the Sales and Marketing Manger, included managing the conference services and reservations department that employed between five to 10 employees, and running all group sales initiatives.
